P&P Fees: To calculate your P&P fees, please place all items you wish to purchase in your cart and ensure all quantities are correct - then use the P&P Calculator at the bottom of the Cart page.
Once you have completed placing your order, you will receive an order reference number and an email confirming your order details. As soon as we send your order, you will receive another email, notifying you that's it's on its way to you.

All major currencies are accepted - via all major credit/debit cards, Amazon Payments or PayPal.
Your order will be processed in GBP. Please note: Your payment provider may charge you a fee for purchasing in a different currency. It is advisable to check with your payment provider, before shopping.

If you wish to return, exchange or report an issue with an item or order, please email email@example.com
You will receive a response within 48 hours.
Please do not send anything back without first waiting for a response to your email. It may be that you do not need to send the item back.
If you are required to send anything back, a shop manager will need to confirm the correct return address for you. If you return any items, please use a tracked service and retain proof of postage. If your item does not arrive, it cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Refund and exchange eligibility is 30 days from receipt of your order.
If, during checkout, you entered any of your information incorrectly (wrong item, size, delivery name or address etc.) please email firstname.lastname@example.org with 'Urgent! Incorrect order info!' in the subject, quoting your order number (e.g. '#SJ_12345') and the necessary corrections.
